6 Week Boot Camps

Team 200 Boot Camp and F.I.T Camp are 6 week training and nutrition programmes designed to give you the knowledge and motivation you need to get fitter and stronger and improve your lifestyle in a healthy sustainable way.

The programme consists of seven weekly sessions where you are given a written training and nutrition plan to follow along with daily online support from your coaches to help give you all the support you need to keep you on track and motivated.

Your progress will be monitored by weigh-ins, measurements and before and after photos. At the end of the programme you will receive your certificate of achievement along with attendance awards and prizes to be won for best transformation.
