  • A fun high energy dance class where you will learn easy to follow routines that are broken down stage by stage. The class offers an array of music genres such as bashment, funky house, garage, afro beats, commercial and more. See class in action here

Masterclasses

F.I.T COMBAT

  • A fun high energy cardio workout consisting of combat style moves where you will learn a sequence of moves that are built up stage by stage. Including fun interactive drills to get that heart rate pumping.

6 Week Boot Camps

6 WEEK TRAINING & NUTRITION BOOT CAMP

  • A six week training and nutrition programme designed to educate participants on effective strength and conditioning training methods and good nutrition. The programme consists of weekly sessions and support with independently following a nutrition and training plan, including online support.
